Are we ever excited for this!
Starting today and every Saturday at 9am until the last Saturday of November 2022 we will be making a post like this in our Chase the Mug contest.
How does the contest work 🤷🏻♂️❓
✅ Like our Instagram and/or Facebook pages. You must continue to like the pages for the duration of the contest to remain eligible.
✅ Name the Northumberland County, Ontario Landmark in the photo by commenting (your entry) on the photo. ⭐️You must include the landmark name and the town it is in. Example: Victoria Hall, Cobourg.
✅ Each entrant gets one entry per week, no editing of posts allowed. Your entry must be made for that week, by 9am the Monday following the post (48 hours after the post is made).
✅ Like, share and tag our page in your post on Facebook when you’ve made your entry. For Instagram, share to your story and mention our Instagram Page. You must make your posts public and tag our page in your shared post for your entry to count.
✅ The person(s) with the most correct answers every four weeks, that properly follows the above, will be entered into a draw for the "monthly" prize. That draw will be held on the Monday after the last answer window for that "month" (four week period) has passed. If only one person has the most answers, there will not be a draw as that person will win automatically. There will also be a Bonus winner based on ALL entries. The person(s) with the most correct answers over the 36 week contest period will be entered into a draw for the Bonus prize. If only one person has the most answers, there will not be a draw as that person will win automatically
✅ Each "monthly" prize winner and the Bonus winner will be entered into the Grand Prize draw on December 14th, 2022.
What are the prizes?
🥂 Each monthly winner and the Bonus winner will receive a Brumate Mug with our logo similar to the one in our photos, a $50 Gift Card to a local Northumberland Coffee Shop and a complimentary mortgage analysis. Monthly winners can only win one monthly prize.
🥂🤩 Grand Prize Winner will have their mortgage paid for the month of December 2022!
📸 Smile, photos of winners and their prizes will be posted upon receipt.
Other Important Rules
⚠️ Employees/Family of Durhammortgage.com LTD, The Mortgage Centre Canada, DLC Group or any mortgage lenders and mortgage brokerages within Ontario, are not eligible for prizes.
⚠️ Entrants must be 18+ and a resident of the Province of Ontario.
⚠️ No purchase necessary. However, the grand prize winner must provide an up to date mortgage statement. Principle and Interest only will be paid based on the original amortization, towards payment for the month of December 2022 to a maximum of $3,000. If the winner pays their mortgage bi weekly or semi monthly the monthly payment will consist of two (2) bi weekly or semi monthly payments. If the winner pays their mortgage weekly the monthly payment will consist of four (4) weekly payments.
⚠️ Monthly prize winners can only win once and only one winner per household. Monthly prize winners must complete the complimentary mortgage analysis, within 7 business days of their prize win, to be eligible for the grand prize draw.
⚠️ Grand Prize winner must have a mortgage on a principle residence within the Province of Ontario prior to the Grand Prize draw date. HELOC’s are ineligible for the grand prize.
⚠️ We are not responsible for Facebook/Instagram showing posts in our feed. You must ensure your posts are public and when sharing, that you tag our page(s) properly.
⚠️ All winners must use their real name, in full, when posting. Winners must provide valid Photo ID to verify eligibility and winners agree to the use of their name, images in order to be eligible for prizes.
The Mortgage Centre Cobourg reserves the right to not award prize winners, or select a different winner should someone be deemed ineligble or there isn't an eligible winner.
