After passing his Mortgage Agent course through IMBA in December 2009, John Greenlee began his career as a Mortgage Agent with The Mortgage Centre as part of the Durhammortgage.com LTD. team on April 1, 2010. He became a member of CAAMP later on that year and obtained his AMP as an Accredited Mortgage Professional in 2011. In 2012 CAAMP recognized John as a residential mortgage specialist.

Since then, servicing Primarily Northumberland, Durham and the GTA, John Greenlee has been providing mortgage solutions to clients. During that time John has earned a reputation of professionalism with Canada's Top Lenders and has personally underwritten approximately 1,000 residential mortgages for borrowers with varying degrees of credit and situations. 

John also provides excellent solutions for Commercial Properties and Equipment Leasing.
