We are excited to announce our iPad Air Giveaway for the month of December 2025!
Entry is now open!
Entry Rules:
Contest Closes December 19th at 9pm EST. Your email must be timestamped before this time to be eligible.
Send your 2024 year end mortgage statement or current mortgage statement to cobourg@durhammortgage.com under the subject line - iPad Giveaway - We also ask that you include your best contact number within the email so we can contact you should you win.
The Statement must clearly indicate the following in order to be a valid entry:
- The Names of the people on the mortgage
- The Bank that holds the mortgage
- The Address of the property the mortgage is on
- The current Interest Rate
- The Renewal Date
- No Purchase Necessary
- Contest Closes December 19th at 9pm EST. Your email must be timestamped before this time to be eligible.
- One entry allowed per statement, per address
- Winner Must be able to pick up the prize in person
- Ontario Residents only, entrants must be on the statement to win
- Prize will be awarded as is, no cash value or replacements
- Winner will receive a brand new iPad Air 5th Generation 64GB
- Prize will be drawn using an online Randomizer on December 22 at 9am. This will be done live on our Facebook & Instagram Pages
